If your mother is always in emotional distress, it is because she is in a continuous pressure of responsibilities. If your mother is ignoring her basic needs, she might be working hard and this is making her emotionally worn out. She definitely needs a break.
2. EXHAUSTED:
Mothers who never take a break are exhausted and mentally occupied all the time. It is more probably because your mother is utilizing all the time in cleaning, cooking, laundry and other chores. If a mother is a working woman, it is possible she is worried about home and office together. Studies show that mental exhaustion comes with physical involvement and multi-tasking. A break once a week is necessary for your mother to function well.

Mums are humans too. They need time and rest as well. If your mother doesn’t take time for her, she is getting through emotional distress and exhaustion, frustration can be the outcome as well. You need to relax your mother by allowing her to live her life out of the home as well. A day off can minimize the level of frustration. Physical symptoms are most probably because your mother is physically weak. If she is not on a proper diet, she might develop calcium and iron deficiency. Weak muscles and weak physical symptoms include pallor, fatigue, restlessness and not being able to function properly. This can progress to serious weaknesses including bones and joints illnesses, osteomalacia or osteoporosis. Similarly less intake of iron and calcium can lead to anemia. Mothers need to keep in view their own family needs as well. If not, such illnesses can affect lifelong with less refractory period.
7. TEMPER ISSUES:
Worn out mothers are like machines continuously used without enough care resulting in loss of function. Similarly, mothers result in temperamental issues as well. Anger issues are one of the leading causes behind that. If you are feeling depressed, you need to find a reason and take a day off. What were your hobbies before you entered motherhood? Do not compromise on your personal interests, your own being. Were you interested in going to the gym or painting? Take a day out in your routine for your hobbies.
Make yourself coffee and treat yourself as one of your children. Children fall and rise, they get hurt and heal. Do not panic and consider it a part of their growth. You need to take care of yourself too. Allow no one to take that from you. Your burn out phase is just because you are ignoring your basic needs. Allow yourself to live too!
